Responsibilities

- Install and maintain visual merchandising displays in retail store windows, interiors, and at trade shows.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional displays that boost product visibility.
- Monitor and analyze display performance to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure all displays are compliant with safety and accessibility standards.
- Source and manage display materials, props, and equipment effectively.
- Regularly update displays to reflect seasonal trends, new product launches, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay current with visual merchandising trends and competitor practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail display design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous display projects and design concepts.
- Excellent creativity and an eye for aesthetics, color, and detail.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of current retail trends and customer shopping behaviors.
- High school diploma required; degree in design, merchandising, or a related field is a plus.
