Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Mail Order Clerk or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using order processing software and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
