The Leasing Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of commercial, residential, and industrial properties. - Act as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding inquiries, complaints, and lease-related issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Analyze market trends and property performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and enhance revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in property management or leasing, with a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
