Job Brief
The Lamps Mk III Air Tactical Control Operator plays a critical role in coordinating air, ground, and naval operations by operating and monitoring advanced communications, detection, and weapons systems. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor communications systems to facilitate effective coordination between air, ground, and naval forces.
- Maintain critical communications by relaying information between command centers and high-level military decision-makers.
- Implement emergency plans during natural and wartime disasters to ensure the safety and effectiveness of operations.
- Monitor surveillance and detection systems, including air defense, to assess and interpret tactical situations.
- Evaluate and analyze operational data to make informed recommendations to superiors based on real-time intelligence.
- Operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support military engagements.
- Collaborate with various military units to enhance overall mission effectiveness and strategic planning.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; military training or experience in tactical operations preferred.
- Proven experience in operating communications and weapons systems in a military environment.
- Strong understanding of air defense systems and tactical military operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relay complex information clearly.
