Job Brief

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • State certification in special education or early childhood education.
  • Experience working with young children with disabilities, preferably in a classroom setting.
  • Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education laws.
  • Proficient in developing lesson plans and using adaptive teaching methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to implement behavior management strategies and support emotional development.
