Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to diagnose medical conditions effectively.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with evidence-based guidelines.
- Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in internal medicine and participate in ongoing professional development.
Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency program.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine is preferred.
- Active medical license to practice in the relevant state.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in managing chronic and acute conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and families.
- Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical software.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous education in internal medicine practices.
