Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or health services administration.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and drive organizational change.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE) is preferred.
