Job Brief
The GIS Mapping Technician plays a pivotal role in the collection, analysis, and presentation of geographical data. Responsibilities

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in GIS technology and techniques.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), surveying, or a related field.
- Proficient in GIS software (such as ArcGIS, QGIS) and mapping technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Familiarity with surveying techniques and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in GIS or surveying are a plus.
