- Convert gambling chips, tokens, or tickets to cash upon patron request.
- Utilize cash registers or computer systems to record and track all transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patron inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to cash handling.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in cash handling or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in operating cash registers and financial transaction systems.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail for transaction accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patrons and staff effectively.
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
