Job Brief

As a Crown Ceramist, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and repair of dental appliances, including full and partial dentures, crowns, and bridges. Responsibilities

  • Fabricate, repair, and adjust full and partial dentures, crowns, and other dental restorations.
  • Utilize advanced dental materials and CAD/CAM technology to create precise and durable appliances.
  • Collaborate with dentists to interpret prescriptions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship and aesthetics.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to improve fabrication processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in dental technology or similar field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Crown Ceramist or in a similar role within a dental laboratory.
  • Proficiency in using dental laboratory equipment and tools, including CAD/CAM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of dental materials, including ceramics, metals, and polymers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination for intricate work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with dental professionals and clients.
