Job Brief
The Christmas Tree Farm Manager oversees the daily operations of a Christmas tree farming establishment, ensuring efficient management of planting, cultivating, and harvesting activities. Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising farm workers and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the farm and maximize sales during the holiday season.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest control measures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on farm performance.
- Conduct regular assessments of farm operations to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of necessary materials and equipment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in farm management or agricultural operations, particularly with Christmas trees.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team of farm workers.
- Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and pest management techniques.
