Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated Chambermaid to join our team, responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in private households or commercial establishments such as hotels and hospitals. The ideal candidate will possess experience in housekeeping, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Your primary responsibilities will include making beds, replenishing linens, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming to ensure a welcoming environment for guests and residents.

Responsibilities

  • Make beds and change linens to maintain a fresh and tidy appearance.
  • Clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop floors to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Replenish toiletries, towels, and other supplies as needed.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Assist in laundry duties as required, including washing and folding linens.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience as a chambermaid, housekeeper, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with cleaning supplies, equipment, and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items as required.
