Job Brief
As a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, you will play a crucial role in empowering individuals to overcome personal, social, and vocational challenges associated with disabilities, illnesses, or life stressors. Responsibilities

- Facilitate communication and coordination among clients, families, and treatment teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation programs as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide resources and referrals for additional services, including educational and vocational training.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
- Advocate for clients’ rights and access to resources within community and workplace settings.
- Stay informed about best practices and trends in rehabilitation counseling and related fields.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in counseling, case management, or rehabilitation services.
- Strong understanding of disability-related issues, vocational rehabilitation processes, and community resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in counseling practices.
