Job Brief

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential or equivalent certification.
  • Proven experience in counseling, case management, or rehabilitation services.
  • Strong understanding of disability-related issues, vocational rehabilitation processes, and community resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant software applications.
