Responsibilities

- Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist with luggage delivery and pick-up services, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
- Offer information and recommendations regarding hotel services and local attractions.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a bell staff, concierge, or similar customer service role preferred.
- Strong physical stamina to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the establishment positively.
