Job Brief
The Aviation Tactical Readiness Officer is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the operational readiness of aviation units in tactical environments. Responsibilities

- Coordinate training exercises and simulations to ensure personnel are proficient in tactical aviation operations.
- Collaborate with other military branches and agencies to synchronize operational planning and execution.
- Provide expert guidance on aviation TTPs, ensuring compliance with military standards and regulations.
- Analyze operational data to inform decision-making and strategic planning for future missions.
- Lead after-action reviews to evaluate mission outcomes and implement lessons learned.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging aviation technologies and trends to enhance unit capabilities.
Requirements
- Commissioned officer with a background in military aviation operations.
