Job Brief

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in aquaculture, marine biology, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in aquaculture operations and supervisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of aquatic species biology, water quality management, and fish feed protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Technical skills in operating aquaculture equipment and technology.
- Certifications in aquaculture practices or related fields are a plus.
