Job Brief
The Aegis Console Operator Track 3 is responsible for operating and monitoring advanced communications, detection, and weapons systems that are vital for coordinating air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Aegis Combat System communications and detection systems.
- Maintain and relay critical communications among air, ground, and naval forces.
- Implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime operations.
- Relay command center information to military and government decision-makers.
- Monitor surveillance and detection systems, including air defense technologies.
- Interpret and evaluate tactical situations to provide recommendations to superiors.
- Operate weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems efficiently.
- Conduct regular system checks and troubleshooting for operational readiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aegis Console Operator or similar role in military operations.
- Strong understanding of communications, detection, and weapons systems.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and military standard operating procedures.
- Ability to analyze and interpret tactical data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Technical proficiency in operating surveillance and detection equipment.
- Relevant military certifications or qualifications preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and in high-stress environments.
