Job Brief
As a Swimming Pool Plasterer, you will apply interior and exterior plaster, cement, stucco, and similar materials to swimming pool surfaces. Responsibilities
- Prepare swimming pool surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and applying bonding agents.
- Apply plaster, cement, stucco, or similar materials to both interior and exterior pool surfaces.
- Set ornamental plaster features as needed, ensuring precise application and finishing.
- Mix plaster and cement materials according to industry standards and project specifications.
- Ensure a smooth and even finish while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with construction teams to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections of plastered surfaces for durability and aesthetic appeal.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices while on job sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Plasterer or in a related masonry role.
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to mix and apply plaster and cement with precision.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor and operate heavy equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Certification in safety practices related to construction and plastering is a plus.
