Requirements
- PhD or DNP in Nursing or a related field preferred; Master’s degree in Nursing required.
- Current nursing license and certification in specialty area.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with advanced practice experience preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in nursing education, with demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practice, and educational methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms.
