Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to enhance the shopping experience through innovative and engaging retail displays. Responsibilities
- Design and implement eye-catching visual displays in-store and online that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop display concepts that promote product visibility and customer engagement.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and optimize product placement.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to enhance visual merchandising strategies.
- Coordinate the setup and dismantling of displays for trade exhibitions and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during the execution of visual merchandising projects.
- Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in retail environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous visual merchandising projects and design capabilities.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and basic knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications in visual merchandising, marketing, or design are preferred.
- Knowledge of current retail trends and consumer behavior.
