Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with children or adolescents with special needs in an educational environment.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Certification or training in special education or related fields is a plus.
