Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Composition, or a related field.
- Proven experience in music arranging and conducting.
- Strong proficiency in music theory, notation software, and arrangement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work with a diverse range of musical genres and styles.
- Experience in leading musical performances and directing ensembles.
- Knowledge of current music trends and industry practices.
- Certification or training in music education or conducting is a plus.
