As a School Bus Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of students. Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch school buses and drivers to ensure timely student transportation.

- Compile and maintain reports on transportation operations, including route efficiency and driver performance.
- Respond to emergency situations and coordinate necessary actions with appropriate authorities.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and driver hours to comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with school administration and parents to address transportation-related concerns.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or transportation management preferred.
- Proven experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and communication tools.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late afternoons.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
