Somehow, the derauler hanger got broken while I was shopping at Lidl luckily found this bike shop nearby! The mechanic was very professional, not just fixing and changing the derauler but also fixing the brake! Very well done thanks for the good price also !

The main guy who seems to run it is helpful but his colleague is very sarcastic and rude. Very unfriendly greeting to hear my (perfectly reasonable) question, then seemed to shout sarcastic remarks from across the shop when I was discussing it further. Not a great characteristic for customer service, to say the least, especially as courtesy and politeness is free.

Amazing service from Simon. Dropped off my bike in the morning for a silver service and it was ready to collect within a few hours. I had a small problem with the gears a day later, and Simon asked me to bring my bike in when I could. The problem was user error! Amazing customer service. However, the pricing could be made clearer. Will definitely be coming back!
