A shoutout is in order 📢 Our Leadership team was in need of a Controller. We had just learned our previous Controller was moving on and we needed to act fast. This position is pivotal to our daily operation. It was decided we needed to get help – that’s where Prospect Blue came in! I had a previous connection with Regina Gustke and sent her a message. We connected quickly, talked about details, budget, and overall role details. Within 4 business days, we were presented with a temporary finance professional to support us in the interim while we searched for a permanent Controller. Just 4 days after, we had our new temp coming into the office and started working with the team. Only 6 days following our temp placement, we had 3 highly qualified candidates to review. We were quick in setting interviews. Within 5 days, FIVE DAYS, we extended an offer and the candidate accepted. The position was only vacant for 7 business days.
