If you’re a small business looking for recruitment options, I would exercise caution when choosing an affordable short term fixed price option. I chose the 30 day $2,000 search, which; although Paragon did their best, yielded no results. From my understanding this is more to do with the market than Paragon. The recruiting agent was nice and friendly and I believe did her best. It would have been nice to meet the team from prior to using their services. Overall an okay experience; however, 4 stars as I ended up without any real candidates.
