Filed a case 3 years ago. Deputy in charge retired and nobody informed me until I called last year. The case was never reassigned and still unresolved

The San Francisco Office is better than the L.A. office. I dropped of my state certification paperwork under the door after they were closed, and i was re-certified in a few days. L.A. it has been 4 months of me badgering them. They should crack down on all the uncertified electricians in San Jose that are foreman. The E.B.T. card does not fly in my book I.B.E.W. Forever

I’m so disgusted with people who work at the SF Labor Commissioner’s Office. After two years of waiting I finally had a hearing but the hearing officer was unbelievably unprofessional and rude. She was biased towards my case right from the beginning because she didn’t like the way I speak, I certainly felt the prejudice if not racism! She yelled, screamed and urged me to present my case impatiently throughout the entire time. Halfway through the hearing I felt so dismayed and disrespected, and lost the interest to defend my case which I must attribute that to her strategic work.
