I worked with a representative named Toshara. I had to follow up with her multiple times to get any communication after she reached out initially. After completing my interview, I heard no response from her for over a week. I contacted her multiple times to try and get information to no avail. I was able to secure employment on my own before getting anything here. I am giving 2 stars instead of one because the agency has partnerships with great companies. They just need to get their own staff in shape.
