Some courses are useful but I joined for an online conference and never even got a link. Could not reach anyone and so I basically gave my info for nothing. Take your chance, make time aside for it and maybe it will happen, maybe not.

I had the most fantastic experience today! I went in to get some help updating my resume and to get some computer assistance including sending it out. Angelina was attentive and assisted me right away as soon as I got there. She was encouraging, kind, patient, courteous and professional. She knows her stuff and she knows how to explain and teach someone as I have never seen before. She has a gift to be able to teach and show others how to do things on a computer. YES Employment does not know how lucky they are to have her working for them. Exceptional person with a fantastic attitude! 5 stars only begins to tell the story.

The office is located at such a great space. So convenient to access. And so warmly but professionally decorated.
YES knows what they are doing and work hard to keep their clients happy. Of course, every counsellor has their own personal experience but they work to get their clients on track to find the job they want. Their points about résumés and interviews are on point, their approach is encouraging and friendly but also strict. They need you to work, so they can help you.
I was there for barely a week but gained a lot. Recommend them.
