This company initially sounded fantastic but after working 1 casual youth work shift in Canberra it became clear that there are not enough shifts available to be a viable long term option, and nearly 3 weeks later I am still waiting to be paid. Their own payroll staff admitted that they have had ongoing issues with paying their staff on time, with multiple employees suffering as a result. I have never experienced anything like this at any other organisation I have worked for and would never take a shift with them again. Hopefully my complaint with fairwork will have some positive impact on their continuing staff.

I recently went through a recruitment process and BRC was amazing, Francine was the best recruiter I have ever worked with and would have no hesitation to use their services again. Thank you to BRC, Francine and the support team.

I dealt with BRC Recruitment earlier in the year when I was looking to relocate for work. I dealt with Izzy, who fought really hard to gain me as a client, with big promises of connections and job prospects. After agreeing to be represented by Izzy for a job (which I had a different recruitment agent also wanting to represent me), I never heard from Izzy again. I was told she would contact me the following day, then the following week, never heard anything. Thankfully the lovely consultant Karen McCormack at Sugarman Recruitment didn’t let me down and had found an amazing position for me within a week. If you’re looking for work within the medical or health field, I definitely recommend Sugarman Recruitment… Don’t waste your time with BRC Recruitment.
