I applied everywhere in person and no calls. I figured an online application would be useless. But I had an ad for birk staffing. At that point. Anything was up for grabs. Even online. I finished the application Tuesday at noon. And within a couple hours. I got a call back. I spoke with Pam. She liked my resume and would like to put me somewhere. I couldn’t believe how fast she got me settled somewhere. The following day she had me come up to the agency and hand in my credentials.
We spoke a little, she helped and updated my resume. She told me about the position. And the next day I started.
It’s now been a little over 3 months. And getting hired by the company she assigned me from day 1.
Pam is great and very helpful. She truly cares about her employees and I couldn’t be more grateful.
