Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in yeast production or fermentation technology.
- Strong understanding of microbiological practices and yeast biology.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and food safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in food safety or HACCP is a plus.
