Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Winch Operator or similar role in heavy equipment operation.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and operational procedures in the construction or heavy industry.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow operational instructions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform equipment inspections.
- Valid certification or license for operating hoisting and winching equipment preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with ground personnel.
