The Wellness Director is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating comprehensive medical and health services within hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, or public health agencies. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or wellness program development.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and community health initiatives.
- Proficient in data analysis and health informatics tools.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Certification in Health Education or Wellness Coaching is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
