Job Brief

Responsibilities

- Ensure high-quality welds by conducting inspections and testing of welds for integrity and strength.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding techniques and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welder or Fitter in a manufacturing or construction setting.
- Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a welding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and operate welding equipment.
