Responsibilities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar license and membership in good standing.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trial law.
- Strong understanding of criminal and civil law, including litigation procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
- Proven negotiation and advocacy skills, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.
