Job Brief
The Tower Loader Operator is responsible for operating mechanical boom and cable systems to efficiently lift and relocate materials, machines, or products across various job sites. Responsibilities
- Operate tower and cable equipment to lift and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical boom and cable systems before and after operations.
- Follow safety regulations and industry standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with site personnel to determine loading and unloading requirements.
- Conduct routine checks and troubleshooting on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Document operational activities and maintain accurate records of equipment usage.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Tower Loader Operator or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification and relevant heavy equipment licenses.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for operating machinery.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
