Responsibilities

- Adjust and calibrate timing instruments to meet precise timekeeping standards.
- Inspect and replace defective components, including gears, springs, and batteries.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair options and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in horology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Time Piece Repairer, Watchmaker, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic watch systems.
- Familiarity with precision tools and equipment used in timepiece repair.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and repair manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification from a recognized watchmaking school is preferred.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
