  • Adjust and calibrate timing instruments to meet precise timekeeping standards.
  • Inspect and replace defective components, including gears, springs, and batteries.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair options and timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and advancements in horology.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Time Piece Repairer, Watchmaker, or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electronic watch systems.
  • Familiarity with precision tools and equipment used in timepiece repair.
  • Ability to interpret technical schematics and repair manuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification from a recognized watchmaking school is preferred.
