Job Brief
The Theme Park Manager oversees the operations, entertainment, and recreational activities of a theme park or recreational facility. Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and maintenance of park facilities.
- Monitor safety protocols and compliance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Analyze park performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and attractions, driving attendance and revenue.
- Foster a positive work culture, providing leadership and support to team members across various departments.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance overall visitor satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in theme park management or a similar recreational facility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Proficient in budget management and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices in the entertainment industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by park operations.
- Certification in safety management or emergency response is a plus.
