Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Theatrical Agent or in a similar role within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the theatrical landscape, including talent representation and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • A degree in Arts Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to promote talent effectively.
