Responsibilities

- Stay updated on industry trends, casting calls, and market demands to effectively advise clients.
- Handle administrative tasks related to client management, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, including producers, directors, and marketing teams to enhance client visibility.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Theatrical Agent or in a similar role within the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the theatrical landscape, including talent representation and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A degree in Arts Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms to promote talent effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
