Job Brief
As a Teller Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within the branch, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient transaction processing. Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash flow, including balancing cash drawers and ensuring the accuracy of transactions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, delivering high-quality service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor compliance with banking regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk.
- Assist in the development of branch sales goals and promote cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Prepare reports on branch operations, performance metrics, and customer feedback for management review.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a banking or financial services environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and cash handling procedures.

- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements to branch operations.
- Proficiency in using banking software and technology for transaction management and reporting.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field is preferred.
