Job Brief

  • Coordinate set design, sound, lighting, and special effects to enhance viewer experience.
  • Direct rehearsals and live shoots, providing guidance to talent and crew to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with the editing team to finalize the production, ensuring quality control and adherence to the creative vision.
  • Manage production logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to promote the finished product effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Television Producer or in a similar role within the media industry.
  • Strong understanding of production techniques, including video editing, sound design, and set management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts.
  • Proficiency in production software and tools, such as Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances in a dynamic environment.
