Job Brief

Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews to collect data for surveys, studies, or research purposes.
- Ask specific questions and listen actively to accurately record responses.
- Assist respondents in completing forms, applications, or questionnaires.
- Sort, classify, and file completed forms and data for easy retrieval.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Follow up with respondents to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected.
- Utilize computer software to input and manage data efficiently.
- Provide feedback on survey questions and interview processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communication or social sciences is a plus.
- Previous experience in telephone interviewing, customer service, or data collection preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry and management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Familiarity with survey methodologies and data collection techniques is advantageous.
