Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations, preferably within tactical air control.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, weaponry, and operational tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to perform under pressure and make rapid decisions in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with mission planning software and tactical communication tools.
- Relevant military training and certifications, such as Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) certification.
