Job Brief
As a Table Games Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate activities in assigned gambling areas, ensuring optimal operations and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Directly supervise table games and staff, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
- Circulate among tables to monitor operations and customer interactions, providing support as needed.
- Verify and process jackpot payouts accurately and efficiently.
- Reset slot machines post-payout and conduct necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Recommend the removal of slot machines that require extensive repairs to maintain operational integrity.
- Plan and organize engaging activities and services for guests within the casino environment.
- Train and mentor new staff members on gaming operations and customer service standards.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints to enhance their gaming experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in gaming management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the casino or gaming industry.
- Thorough knowledge of table games, gaming regulations, and casino operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial accountability.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution in a fast-paced environment.
