Responsibilities

- Facilitate debriefing sessions with tactical operations personnel and air/weapons specialists to gather insights and feedback.
- Analyze operational data and create reports that highlight performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs based on debrief findings.
- Maintain records of debriefing sessions and ensure compliance with military documentation standards.
- Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to enhance data collection and reporting processes.
- Provide expert guidance to military leadership on tactical strategies and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations or related fields.
- Proven experience working with air/weapons systems and tactical operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis software and reporting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with military protocols and operational planning processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant military certifications or qualifications are highly desirable.
