Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personnel Specialist or similar role in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Certifications such as PHR or SPHR are a plus.
