Job Brief
The Stamp Machine Servicer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various coin-operated machines, including vending machines, amusement devices, and gaming equipment. Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair coin-operated machines, including vending machines, video games, juke boxes, pinball machines, and slot machines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in various machines and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Adjust and calibrate machines to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Maintain accurate service records and inventory of parts and tools used.
- Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries regarding machine issues.
- Provide exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for users.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in coin-operated technology.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or mechanical repair preferred.
- Proven experience in servicing coin-operated machines or related equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques used in machine repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field service environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various service locations.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining service records and reporting.
