Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in claims analysis or a related role within the insurance or reinsurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of claims management processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and claims management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with legal concepts related to insurance claims.
- Professional certifications (e.g., AIC, CPCU) are a plus.
