Job Brief
As a Spraying Machine Operator, you will set up, operate, and maintain various spraying and rolling machines to apply coatings and paints on a diverse range of products such as glassware, cloth, ceramics, metal, plastic, paper, and wood. Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate spraying or rolling machines according to product specifications.
- Operate machines to coat or paint products with precision, ensuring even application of materials.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent downtime.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance, checking for defects and inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including materials used and machine settings.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and product quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Spraying Machine Operator or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of various coating materials, including lacquer, varnish, and enamel.
- Familiarity with machine operation and maintenance practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
